ideal location, right next to train station, and uber arena. short walk to local shops, bars and east side gallery. Easy, quick check in. small room and no fridge though. big powerful shower. No fridge in the room and no milk, just coffee whitener. east side mall right on the doorstep with loads of shops and supermarkets.

We were attending a concert at the Music Hall which was only a few hundred metres away from the hotel. Its location was perfect for the nearby train station as well. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and their English was far, far better than my German. They were very helpful with any enquiries we had. The rooms were very clean, tidy and spacious, and the bar very comfortable and the staff once again very friendly. I will definitely use this hotel again when I return! Highly recommended!

The room was nice and clean, comfortable pillows and bedding. Love the fact that it comes with a bathtub, perfect to relax after a long day of walking around. The bathroom is a bit small, like you enter, then you have to close the door in order to use the toilet seat, and the glass partition of the shower was not properly sealed which means the bathroom floor is flooded after each shower

Brilliant stay!

Nice and quiet hotel in a location that was perfect for our plans. I found the bed a bit too soft but otherwise I don’t have nothing to complain. We will return next year!

Great stay

The location of the hotel was perfect for our trip to the ice hockey. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable, we all slept very well. We had breakfast at the hotel, there was plenty of choice and everything was hot and fresh.

Property and location is great. There is a homeless encampment nearby. While I feel bad for these people they are quite noisy near the hotel almost every night.

A perfect choice if you plan to attend any event in Mercedes Arena - located just a few steps away, clean, new, practical, no charm but everything working. Good breakfast. I will stay there again.

Because property is beside the Stadium many sports attendees stay at this hotel. Celelebrating is mostly contained to the bar and restaurant areas. Certainly is a good way to pick up on the vibes of the city and their enthusiasm for their home team. Would have liked a few more amenities and towels but a pleasant stay.

great hotel & location

First visit to Berlin and will definitely stay at the Holiday Inn again. Easy walking distance from the station, direct train from the airport (about 11 stops). Check inn really smooth and the staff were great. standard room and king bed, room was bigger than I expected as was the bed. nice bathroom with spacious shower (no bath) and clean. east side shopping mall over the road which has supermarkets, cafes, and everything you need and its a short walk to the shops/ bars and east side gallery.
