Rush Creek Lodge and Spa at Yosemite

"This property is beautiful. We stayed here on a whim because we were just too tired to keep driving after a day at Yosemite. 2 small things. There was no creamers in the sugar/ creamer container in the room and someone else’s hair piled up in the shower drain. Small things yes but for a hotel that charges $800 a night it’s those little details that are important. The food was okay. The amenities are pretty awesome otherwise. It’s resort prices for anything extra so be prepared to spend."

"It was amazing experience. As we want early check in and we arrived at 1pm. They lady on the receptionist told us that we can't until 2pm. But she gave early check in to the people who are behind us before us. Then we came back at 2:00 and she is keeping telling us that room service is in when its clear she will elt us know. Then she again give it to two other people. Then finally our turn. Yurt was good but tdonning table was very clumsy its moving when you trying to eat. One chair was broken but they gave us another one. Overall yurt was nice and good. Sheets were on the side that I love, of i want to use or use mine. Its comes with dishes but we used disposable. No internet vice come to yurt. Air conditioning is not actual one. Its cooler. But it work great for day time. Heater you have to also the front desk and i night was cold. Its near the yosemite and its greato stay here and enjoy glamoing."

"Physically the property was pretty just like the on line pics. The rooms lacked storage and for the high price no water or tv was provided. The wait staff was slow and lacked training. As an example, was told the restaurant didn’t offer a latte, but I was free to go Nextdoor to their shop, purchase one and bring it back to the restaurant. That makes no sense as a trained professional would have run over, got the drink and added the cost to your bill. The staff was friendly, but lacked the skills to be as attentive as you’d expect at this price point. Very laid back and seemed geared towards a much younger crowd. A disappointment as we expected better service. At check in, requested the room to be cleaned daily,but it was only cleaned once out of 4 nights stayed. 5 star pricing without the service component will not bode well over time. We wouldn’t recommend for the price."

Arnold Meadowmont Lodge

10/10 Excellent

"Lovely place. We last stayed there 18 years ago, and it has since had a nice remodel. The BBQ area in the back was lovely and roughly half of the residents were enjoying it in the evenings. They have some games a few different seating areas, two fires pits and corn hole. The woman who runs the place is great and her dog, Bear, is adorable."
