「The property is a gem! Beautiful Arts & Crafts woodwork!Nicely appointed and yet comfortable. Kitchen is large and could accomodate all of us gathered at once. Coffee on the front veranda overlooking the water made for a perfect setting. The neighbors and dogs strolling by the made us feel welcome too. 」

「This place was very spacious and clean with a full kitchen and two bathrooms. There was a lovely outdoor seating area in the back of the house and there was a washer and dryer available. The host was very accommodating and highly responsive. The inside was very tactfully decorated with seven beds for a larger party. However, parking was limited with only on street parking available. The location was perfect for us because it was within walking distance to the concert venue we were attending....

Inside, the floors were dirty, the beds were unmade, and the trash from the previous guests had not been removed.
