Beautiful property with amazing views of the beach. The hot tub and pool served us well during our stay. The property is a short walk to the beach that was perfect for the younger kids that were excited to explore. The contacts for the property were able to accommodate a few changes that we had and had great suggestions when asked. There was quite a bit of construction going on at the property next door during our stay.

The place was very family friendly. Nice but not too nice that you have to worry about small children. Only complaints would be that the listing said 5 bedrooms and it only had four. The tv in bedroom on the upper floor didn’t work. Overall we all agreed that we’d love to book it again for a longer visit

Family Celebration, the house matched well with our family. We stayed on property for all most the entire visit. Kitchen made it easy to cook for our group. Everyone enjoyed sitting on the porches and playing in the pool. Easy access to the beach. We will be coming back.

We had a great stay. The house has great character and a wonderful layout and sits in a quiet area. Multiple decks for sitting and watching the ocean which is a short walk away. The pool was large and cleaned twice while we were there. Nice backyard and really nice trees. We loved the kitchen! Overall the house was very clean and well equipped. Check-in was very easy and the property manager checked in on us several times. Upon departure, part of our group had a late flight and the property company allowed them to leave their bags in their office. Highly recommended!

The property was unbelievably beautiful, spacious and comfortable, with high quality furniture and finishes complementing beautiful views and good seclusion. The managing agent couldn’t have been more professional and communicative. We have vowed to come for another golf reunion soon to the Island. Top, top, top experience !!

It was a beautiful home. We had an issue with the pool not being clean during our stay, as their was a problem with the vacuum and filter system. The bathrooms also needed a little extra cleaning when we arrived, but otherwise the house and location were wonderful. We would have rented again this year had the rent not increased beyond what we would be willing to pay (almost doubled)

No need for the ocean when the pool and porches are so awesome. This property is the bomb and my family will rent this every year as long as it’s available. My only complaint was that I couldn’t get a longer stay!!! Next time I’ll book a year in advance. We came for my moms 80th and daughter’s 20th birthday….made great memories that will last!!!

Great, comfortable house for a family gathering. Multiple excellent social areas with plenty of seating for a large group. Management could not have been easier to work with. Plenty of parking, excellent kitchen, uncrowded beach. Can't go wrong with this choice.

The house exceeded our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Indoor spaces, the deck, the pool, the views and the location are all excellent.

The exterior of the property was well maintained. The house was suitable for a large group. The guest house was a nice addition. The bedrooms were large. The property was in a quiet neighborhood. We had three vehicles but there was additional parking in the circle. On the negative side, the pots and pans need updated and we only had one dish towel. We purchased a skillet and some additional dish towels during our stay. The beach is a long walk but you have a large pool and hot tub. Property manager responded quickly when the hot tub was not working. We would stay there again.

Spacious house accomodating family with young children to older adults. Was a little suprise about the trek to the beack which could have been better mapped with a warning of the pricklers in the sand. Pool was great but required skimming daily. At some point the concrete deck will need replacing as the uneveness /erosion in places is an issue now and growing. Grill was at house but is charcoal. Not a probelm with charcoal but not expecting it thus required another trip to get supplies. Overall very nice family beach vacation.

We stayed here for our yearly family vacation. So relaxing. We hung out at the house and the pool. Took 1 walk along the beach, but with a newborn in tow it was a little too hot for him on the beach so we just enjoyed the pool. The house met all our needs. Had one problem with no water due to construction at neighbors house and the management company took care of it. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it

Great location and size of house for a family gathering! We were a large party and there was enough room for all of us to gather inside and out. Nothing better than a pool right by the beach. The house wasn’t full cleaned, there was quite a bit of trash around and the guest house needed some more attention- the bathroom was dirty and the rocking chairs were really in need of a clean. Not enough towels for the amounts of beds- so that was really tough and there wasn’t a trash can in the guest house. Over all I’d definitely recommend this house, great location and great size, hopefully they will fix the few issues we had.

We love it! Thanks for a great experience. It was a beautiful property, but you do need to bring everything for the kitchen (salt/pepper extra dishwasher soap, wine glasses and plastic wear). Beautiful porches, pool (needed skimming, but gorgeous). We could have used better directions on the electronics, lighting and sound system so that we could enjoy it. Otherwise it was a great trip!
