From here, stairs lead to the second floor where you'll be greeted by a bright and open living space. The gourmet kitchen, featuring a breakfast bar, is perfect for preparing meals to enjoy in the large dining area. The living room flows seamlessly to a large balcony where you can relax and take in spectacular views of the waterwayideal for spotting dolphins and other local wildlife. This level also features two beautifully appointed guest bedroomsone with a king bed, and the other with two separate bunk beds. A full bathroom completes this floor.

This home is spacious and ideal for family vacations, but it is not available for weddings or large events beyond its accommodation capacity.

A security damage deposit will be collected at the time of reservation, which is refundable if no damages occur.
Please note, this property is self-catering. We provide a starter supply of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, but these will not be replenished during your stay.
