The house is cute but...

We spent 2 nights here & I will say the house itself is cute & appealing. It seemed pretty clean overall but the bed comforters could use replacing. Once the sheet that covers it comes off you can see some pretty gross staining. Our biggest issue was communication with the host. I wrote multiple messages with no response. The pool cleaner net was broken/had a hole in it and because the pool area isn't enclosed here, a lot of stuff gets in the water....leaves, bugs, ...there was a dead frog when we arrived... all we were asking for was a new pool cleaner so we could better clean the pool for us and our kids so we could enjoy it more but we got zero response regarding it. The only time the host wrote me back was when I asked if there were extra blankets somewhere and he asked how many people would be coming...I explained it was just for the people currently there, then nothing....pretty frustrating and disappointing...wouldn't return due to this.
