"Small apt., which was perfect for me. Everything was clean. There was a floor fan which was badly needed, given the summer heat. And the tube stations were close by. All perfect."

"I enjoyed this property. Highly recommend. Staff were professional and property was clean and safe. Bring a US adaptor that fits UK outlets, as all outlets are UK compatible. No early check in, prior to 2pm... but they do allow you to keep luggage there until check in. "

The hotel is convenient, and good value for the money. I have stayed on the upper floors in front and in back; I've stayed on the LG level; and two summers ago, when I blew out my knee on my trip, Mehdi changed my room--without my asking!--to the ground floor, so I wouldn't have to manage the stairs.
Connan, Paul, Mehdi, Hakeem, and Buddha all took marvelous care of me again. I will be back."
"The location and lobby are fantastic, and all the staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. I don’t recall everyone’s names, but I do remember Ali, as it’s an easy name for me—he was very polite, just like the rest of the team. Their hospitality truly made my stay enjoyable."
"Older hotel that has been well maintained. Perfectly nice breakfast, you can choose what you like off the menu, in any combination. Everything was tasty. Only suggestion would be to keep the orange juice cold. But it’s England! The staff were superb friendly helpful, would definitely return there if in London."
