Not in the most salubrious area but with some good restaurants nearby if you don't mind it. The "welcome" is odd where you have to enter in bank details in advance which feels dodgy as hell or on arrival if you don't. The bar is super expensive. Layout is very very strange. It's multiple buildings knocked through. Don't stay there if not able to carry your own bags down potentially lots of corridors with multiple steps up and down. Rooms themselves are fine but noise from the station was louder than I expected. Overall as part of a Christmas gift I was disappointed in the standard vs. what I saw online. It's not bad but not somewhere you'd choose as part of a present for the area, welcome and noise.

It’s a lovely property- stylish, visitor-centric,chic, and British! The room is rather small for 2 with luggage, and we didn't expect stairs after taking the lift up. Although their staff helped us move in, we had to carry our luggage down the next morning. It would be a great choice for solo travellers and people without big cases. Very close to the Paddington station and some restaurants nearby open till 11pm and beyond.

Interesting building with strange floor levels . There is a tiny lift, but someone was there to help us get our bags up those levels. Staff was very friendly. Our room was the bunk beds, very small floor space , but adequate for what we needed. Beds were comfy, slept well. Beware the folding bathroom door, hard to get out if you push it all the way closed. Convenient to get to public transport which is what we were looking for. I would stay there again.

Convenient place to stay with great access to the London Underground and the Heathrow Express.(5 mins walk). Rooms are small so I recommend reserving up a level from what you think you need. Nice coffee shop in the lobby. Very chic budget hotel.

This is a good Hotel with a great location, easy to get to. The rooms are really small and the staff can be bit more friendly but overall it is a good place to stay. The coffee is good.
