「Couldn't hardly get any soap, lotion, etc out of dispensers. Had to buy shampoo」

「As an ex Hotel front desk manager and 5 star auditor . This place his maintain with the highest standards. The area is also very safe . I do make inspection of my room when i check in . Nothing to say . This is a place where you have more than what you paid for ! Awesome keep up the good work ! 」

「Didn't get to meet any staff personally, but the response to messages was prompt and friendly. Room was clean with little extras like swan towel and a welcome tray and parking was close to front door and set aside specifically for the guests. The only drawbacks some ppl might have, would be a shared kitchen and the stairs to get to rooms, but even I have had double knee replacement and was able to do them pretty easily, just taking my time. And we didn't mind the shared kitchen, it was stocked...

「Security seemed lax as the back door was left unlocked for anyone to walk in or out. Much noise throughout the night of doors & heating units running. The heating unit In our room sounded like a freight train when the blower turned on. We ended up turning it off but then we got cold. did not get a very good night's sleep. Breakfast was continental style.」

「Always my go to hotel when visiting Watertown. Plenty of parking, clean lobby, staff are nice and welcoming. Rooms are always clean and spacious. 」
