You have to go to Robert Moses state park. Has beautiful views, great picnic areas, nice beach, hiking trails.

Massena has really gone down hill. Businesses closing.Drugs rapid. People flocking away from area. Kids have no choice but to leave to find a decent job. Nothing like it was when I was growing up there.

It's in the middle of nowhere, coming from CT!! It's a gorgeous trip through the State Forest but keep to the speed limit! There are NY troopers who will stop you for speeding.... trust me. Make CERTAIN you have a FULL tank of gas before you go.
