"Great space. Room was equipped with cutlery and a mini kitchen which allows us to bring pastries and snacks home to the room. Ideal location too just three blocks from Princes street. We bused everywhere, so many bus stops located around the city center. Recommend this property highly! "

"Plenty of shops and eating places , very nice hotel and modern staff were extremely helpful room was a bit tight to get in the bed but apart from that it was very nice we will definitely use this hotel again "

"What needs to be said before anything else is that the staff here were amazing. Every single person I spoke to was genuinely lovely. My room was was spotlessly clean and exactly as advertised. The mini kitchenette was a great addition. The bed was comfy, shower lovely and powerful, and the happy hour down in the lobby sitting space was a lovely way to relax before dinner. The Resident is room only, but they offer some lovely discounts on a great wee variety of local restaurants, cafes and bars. A fantastic location, right in the centre of Edinburgh with great bus routes and less than ten minutes to the tram. "
