The accommodation was a great price in nicely finished rooms with a pub downstairs, walks, bike rides and shopping on your doorstep.
There's not much parking with the pub. You have to be lucky to get one but there's plenty available in town very close to the pub.」

They allow dogs, although best to check with them before booking to make sure they will get on with their dogs ok.
The nearby road is noisy early morning, but only if you keep the window fully open.」
「Simply WOW! It is a beautiful hotel….book ahead during the peak travel season to get on the guided tour. We did the self guided tour which was very good, but a great tour guide would have filled in little bits and pieces …..plus I think there’s a haunted walk component to it! If you get a chance book Room 304 as it’s a corner room on the top floor and the ONLY one with an additional window with a decent view (4 windows versus just 3).
