"The photos online are deceptive. There was a large gap in the front door, broken dead bolt, full mattress instead of queen sizes and dust thick on vents and lamps. We also found kids stickers in the restroom indicating that it was not well cleaned."

"Attendant at desk at check-in was great! She was quick, friendly, professional, and very nice. She greeted us as we walked in, provided detailed directions to our room, breakfast hours, a wished a good night. This is my first time staying at this chain but definitely won't be my last. The room was spacious and clean- I loved having a table to eat dinner at."

"The reviews and pictures are incredibly inaccurate. When arriving there were loud groups in the parking lot. The front desk personnel didn’t ask for my drivers license or credit card. He stated that only 1 TV was working in the room. When arriving to our floor, doors were open and it was extremely loud as if there was a party going on. We opened the door to the room and it reeked of cigarette smoke and the room was absolutely filthy. We immediately went to the front desk to ask for a refund and upon arriving to the desk the personnel ask “what did they forget this time” knowing there are issues with the hotel. Thankfully we got a refund. Do not stay here. "

"The room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. There was coffee cups and a pool arm float underneath the bed. The room phone did not work so service desk attendant just took it. Breakfast was great with a great selection of options. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking was very accessible."

"The stay was fine. However the only I booked a stay here was so our granddaughter could swim. The pool was out of commission. The website should have stated that. Desk clerk told us it should be ready Friday. In reality it’s going to be 2 weeks before it’s ready. Needless to say we had a disappointed granddaughter. The breakfast was not good at all. Very disappointed in it as well."
