Staff was helpful during my late arrival and were also helpful in avoiding the immigration protests during my stay. Great location as a stop point on a long journey between the US & Canada.

Pratique et agréable

Nous avons sélectionné cet hébergement parce qu'il était situé à la frontière Canada/USA. Nous avons été bien reçu et le restaurant de l'hôtel nous offre de bons repas et un excellent service. La chambre est un peu désuette mais propre.

Nice place to stay on the way to Montreal

Really great rooms, the people are wonderful. It was a little hard to do late check in, they do not make it super clear that the yellow telephone is by the building that says Restaurant on it. Possibly I was confused because I was tired of driving. Reception closes at 11 and you have to go to the smaller building on the left to be let in. Breakfast was nice and filling.

1-night stay on our way up to the ski slopes

I've stayed here two years in a row now, everything was great. Just over the border makes it a convenient stop over for the night on our way up to Montreal, and then the ski slopes later the next day. Nothing too flashy, but clean and comfortable. Honestly, better than I expected for the price paid.

One of my worst stays. Personnel was rude, had difficulties speaking french in a french province, we were misinformed about the breakfast, the water was not drinkable. The rooms were clean and matched the description but the toilet and the shower were making a lot of noise when the water was running. The staff did understand my complaints and I was able to cancel my last night. Maybe it was just an isolated case.

Great clean hotel, id recommend!

One nighy stay with my friend and 7 year old. We enjoyed our stay- friendly staff, awesome food, clean cozy room. The room was very updated, on the small side, but its all we needed. The outdoor pool was closed for season, but looked very nice. Will stay again! Great location between the states and monteral!

This hotel is situated on the border between Canada and USA. Very nice, clean hotel, we arrived late at night, therefore we did not use any services. Loby and dining room looked also very nice. Bed was very comfortable.

Good place to on your north to Quebec city

Just right over Canada boarder and on major highway with really good windows and did not hear road noise at all. Hotel does not have potable water but they give you bottled water so hotel should not be rated as 3 star for that reason only. Staff very friendly and helpful and food at restaurant was adequate.

Unexpected stop - got one of the last rooms

Our stay was a last minute decision as we had a sick child and couldn't make the full trip home. Travelling on a long weekend, we managed to find this motel. The staff were welcoming and everything was very clean. The room was comfortable. We were told the water could not be ingested so we were provided with free bottled water. The downfall is that the reception/front desk is closed at night. Locked up and no staff which was a bit inconvenient with a sick child ie: needing new garbage bags The motel is located directly beside the highway (1Km away from the US border) so it can be a bit noisy once traffic starts up in the morning. Overall, nice motel, clean and nice amenities such as plush towels, nice bedding, fridge, free water and coffee.

Great room with incredible discount to Parc Safari

The room was pretty spacious. They say the water is not drinkable. Two bottles of water are provided in the room and you can get more from the lobby. I never drink from the tap so this was a plus. The best thing is that they offer great discounts to the Parc Safari and saved me over $100.

Hotels Out of Ice?

If you cater to travelers you should never be out of ice. If you have a water problem and cannot make ice on the property then you must order a sufficient amount from an outside provider.

Hotel was great, staff very helpful, food very good Went through Hotels.com to book and when registering was told i could have gotten tickets to Parc Safari in a combo package.
