"Check in was a breeze. The home was impeccably clean and the views were to die for. The home was an ideal set-up for our annual reunion with friends. The bedrooms were comfortable and each had a dedicated bathroom, which was perfect. The pool and hot tubs were just what we needed to hang out in after coming home from hiking. The outdoor fireplace was the perfect backdrop to our late night conversations catching up over wine. Thank you!!"

"We arrived after 9pm so the lobby was closed. We just called them before arriving and the wonderful worker got me all checked in over the phone! She was very polite and helpful. Room was very clean and had plenty of space. We really enjoyed our stay."

"This property has obviously been refurbished recently! The peaceful nature themed interior decor was beautiful and the wood furniture offered plenty of storage. Thoughtful details like additional shelving in closet area and the Keurig coffee maker were nice. There are plenty of amenities such as multiple pools, a playground, and outdoor movie screen that would be great for entertaining kids. The staff helped us with late check in procedures. When we needed hand soap, the cleaning staff delivered it and also refreshed our room even though we weren’t scheduled for a cleaning that day. The room was meticulously clean and I’m very particular about cleaning. Be aware the bathroom is rather small, but nicely redecorated. The breakfast was continental, but also offered microwave grits and oatmeal, as well as boiled eggs. It met our basic needs, but The Pancake House is just across the street for a more extensive meal. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Cade’s Cove!"

"Location is the best part. Hearing the babble of the river and wildlife was great. It is located walking distance to Peaceful Side Social and IGA. Company Distilling and entrance to GSMNP are minutes away by car. Place was mostly clean and well appointed inside. Needs improvement: Infestation of carpenter bees, which were buzzing around by the dozens and raining sawdust on us (and all the furniture) anytime we were on the balcony."
