My only real gripe was the plastic mattress protector on the obviously new mattress- you’ll wake up in a pool of sweat in the middle of the night. Nevertheless, I still give my overall experience 5 stars because of the hotel’s staff. They went above and beyond to help me from restaurant reservations, what points of interest to see, and even printed several documents I needed for me. At the end of the day, a hotel is really just a fungible service - a bed to sleep in. The difference is service. I would definitely recommend. "

"The location is good, and it is easy to find the apartment. If one likes to cook and eat at home, they may find a proper cutting knife missing as only bread knife is available, and a cutting board would also be a nice addition to the cutlery. The kitchen has microwave, coffee machine, oven (we were not able to turn it on) and cooking surface.
