「This place was adorable and perfect for what we were looking for. We were able to catch the sunrise each morning with a short walk across the street. The area of beach across the street was never busy, and there is a surf shop half a block away. We will be coming back.」

「One of the most well appointed properties we have ever rented. They pretty much thought of everything. The house and pool are lovely and provided my family with much enjoyment. This is an Evolve property. Whenever we are booking through VRBO we give preference to their listings as they are always top notch. 「The Coco Sands villa was a great place to spend a couple of nights. It was walkable to the beach. It was clean and had a 50s/retro vibe. Our only complaint were the shades on windows. Because the window shades were vertical blinds with plastic slats and they had gaps, we noticed that people driving on the street could easily see in at night. Other than that a good place to stay! 」
