"Located next to First Ave station, and a block from Smithfield Ave with 24 hour stores, and almost always the cheapest stay in the city. Only downside is the staff isn’t the friendliest. Otherwise great."

"My Wife and I had a room on the third floor which was
great UNTIL the elevator broke three days before we were scheduled to leave-So we had to use the steps to go up & down. The last day we had to take our 2 Big and 2 small suitcases down the stairs which was Very Inconvenient !!!"
