"Pros: Nice rooms, comfortable beds and a good buffet breakfast with a variety of choices. When I arrived I asked about an Ice machine, was told it was by the elevator. Cons: No ice bucket in the room was told because they're ECO friendly.???? Inconvenient for the customer to run back to the front desk to get an ice bucket. Also I think it important to note that no towels or towel rack in room where tub & toilet was, yes there was towels, but on a shelf over frig & microwave, outside where the tub & toilet were. Would be great to hang towels bars in the bathroom and maybe one by the sink which is outside of the bathroom."
