"I booked my stay on Hotels.com. They hotel has the "INCORRECT ADDRESS" on their profile therefore I drove out of town to Gallatin Gateway MT when they should have "Big Sky" as their city. I had drove way past it and called hotels.com and hotels.com said the property had to decide to cancel my reservation or not and THEY DID NOT. I have screenshots even as of today with the incorrect address. After driving for over 10hrs that day, no internet signal, I drove to an incorrect address because the address was put into navigation when leaving the West Yellowstone park exit in order for it to take me with little to no signal. This is exceptionally POOR SERVICE when they have the wrong address on their hotels.com profile. I will take next steps."
