「To be honest for what I paid it wasn’t worth the price. When I stay somewhere I’d like to feel comfortable enough to take off my shoes and walk around the room but the carpet was so gross I couldn’t, the room itself had a very stale odor, the “Ozark Fun House” wasn’t the hype they make it on the website, staff was friendly, but overall not a homey or resort vacation vibe at all. Disappointed.」

「We loved using this property for our family reunion! The kitchen is shared with the hosts, but we enjoyed getting to know them, and we loved having the cozy cabins as our own space. Clean, friendly, lots of fun, and close to Ava city stores if needed. Will probably stay here again!」
