「The hotel has recently been remodeled, and the room was clean and everything looked brand new. The room has nice decor, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.」

「I used to stay at this hotel a lot and 2016 and it pretty much looks the same as it did then it could really use a facelift that being said though the rooms are immaculately clean. I messed up my booking through Expedia and the clerk at the front desk was so wonderful with helping me get it fixed. Expedia totally failed me, but the clerk at Green Stay literally saved my day and allowed me to go ahead and check in. I was very very impressed with the treatment I was given at check-in.」

「While the staff was very friendly and helpful my room had some remnants of past guests, for example a Doritos chip left tucked up near the bed frame and the morning breakfast was quite sad to look at. But in grateful that this place exist because it wasn’t the place I came down for I came to visit my boyfriend which I plan to do often and if it wasn’t for this place I didn’t really have another option so thank you Four Seasons I will return soon! 」

「The hotel smells wonderful when you first enter the lobby. The staff is friendly, helpful and prompt. The rooms are clean, the water is hot in shower and beds are comfortable. Pool is nice especially if you have children with you . If I had one thing that could use improvement is the Bacon it is a little thin. I recommend this Quality Inn for your stay in west Plains.Easy access, centrally located and next door to delicious Coffee, pastry , sandwich shop.」
