"Nice and clean lovely welcome basket underfloor heating is fantastic. This has everything you need for your stay. Decent shower too. We enjoyed the layout of the property. Towels and bedding are provided including one for your cleaning your dogs treats and bowls also. I would recommend yes, itâ€™s on a busy road, but you canâ€™t really hear the cars once youâ€™re in the property. Lovely forest walks just up the road and plenty of other walks close by five minute drive into Matlock."

"Absolutely beautiful cottage full of essentials for our stay. The whole setting is stunning with the gardens and surrounding areas. Plenty of local pubs and restaurants close by for food as well as supermarkets to grab snacks for the house. We went to Gulliver’s kingdom 20 mins away and Alton towers 1 hour away across our 2 days stay which were both easily accessible. There is a wide range of sizes of cottage and homes to choose from all of which looked amazing. "
