「A really enjoyable stay and a lovely inn overall. We stayed for the night as we wanted to stay outside of blackpool. We had a really friendly welcome upon arrival, the room was nicely decorated, very clean and the biscuits, bottled water and coffees were great. We didn’t hear a peep from anyone during the night. Breakfast was perfect and again we were welcomed and the service was fantastic. We have said we will make it our base when visiting Blackpool in future. 」

「Worst experience ever at a hotel. To begin with we were handed the wrong keys for our rooms and given NO keys for entry into the actual building. This absolutely ruined the weekend as we were forced to sleep on the streets. We woke up and returned to the hotel with a cold and was given no apology or explanation just was told the door is now fixed and to turn the handle the other way. Instead of a refund for the card payment we was told that they do not accept payments from here and we must pay,...
