「Clean and spacious room in the quaint river town of Shady Cove. This room was perfect for a one-eighty stay for our family of four visiting Crater Lake National Park. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch that overlooked the river with a bottle of local wine. The staff was very nice, the beds were comfortable, and the motel was close to a good grocery store and a wonderful coffee shop. 」

「昔ながらのモーテル、部屋は清潔です　時代を感じますがメンテナンスはしっかりされてる　様子です、宿泊者がヒーターのON-OFFシールをめくってあり、　説明は聞いたけど　サーモスタットの表示が？？？で　ヒーターのON　パイロットランプがあればすぐに解決でしたが、微妙な　電灯の明暗にて判断して　上手く調整できました　スタッフは親切で　降雪があり　雪の車両の除雪　手伝って頂きました。」

「Welcoming staff. Offered available upgrade to a cabin for a nominal fee. Beverages available all day. Staff directed use to tourist treasures (chain of waterfalls)in the area that we were not aware of. We experienced so much more than expected from previous reviews.」

「The room was actually more than i anticipated. We had a king room in the offset building, but it was spacious, the bed was dreamy-comfy, the bathroom was bigger than normal, and I was thrilled to be able to park my car (my baby, my Challenger) in the parking lot over there because i felt safe and out of the way of the fast food traffic from Burger King. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel and definately would stay here again on my way through town. 」

「The owner (or manager?) was very nice and welcoming. He immediately replaced broken microwave oven, no questions asked, and let us move in 1 hour earlier. The room had all necessary amenities, not to mention full kitchen with even some utensils. The only complaint was the mattress - I felt the slightest movements of my wife which was quite disturbing. 」

「I was at a music festival and it was hot. Looked up motel in the area. Everything in town full. 9 miles away I found this little place. Reviews were not great but I was done camping. Arrived to a newly outside painted, signed in, went to the room and it was newly painted, new flooring, new fixtures in bathroom and furniture. Air conditioner new and was great relief. Manager went out of his way to ask if everything was ok every time I returned. Review trolls be damned..get a life. 」
