Crater Lake Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful view! Just what we needed."
Cozy Cottage Close to Crater Lake
8/10 Good
"Cute little cottage, we enjoyed our stay"
The Cabin on Crooked Creek
10/10 Excellent
"The place was perfect for me and my son to stay at about 22 miles away from crater Lake enjoyed sitting out by the stream that was right behind the cabin to have my coffee in the mornings very relaxing The host had kayaks for us to use in the stream."
Running Bear on Fort Creek
10/10 Excellent
"I loved my stay here and found the home had everything I needed and more. The kitchen was very well stocked, there was plenty of room to spread out, and the bed was very comfortable. I work remotely and was able to work from here as well. There were a few brief electricity/WiFi interruptions, but everything came back quickly. The well water is discolored and has a bit of a smell, though it didn’t bother me for showering or laundry. The owners provide a filtered water dispenser for drinking and cooking, which was appreciated. The guidebook provided had info for a massage therapist nearby, and I cannot recommend her enough. Definitely get a massage with Kim! The creek behind the property was my favorite part. It was so relaxing to sit by for meals, work, or to unwind. I loved watching the beavers and ducks. Stargazing was also wonderful. It’s close to the south entrance of Crater Lake National Park, though the East Rim is currently closed for construction, so sites on the east side are still about a 1.5-hour drive away. The duplex walls are quite thin, so I could hear the guests next door moving around, but they were quiet and respectful. The creek also connects to a resort next door, and children occasionally came onto the property to play and were quite loud. I could see this being a privacy/safety consideration for solo travelers, though I personally stayed aware of my surroundings and never felt unsafe. Overall, I felt very comfortable here and would happily stay again."
Rocky Point Resort
8/10 Good
"It was a very pretty outdoor place. Lake and sunrise beautiful. The cabin was a bit rustic but, had all you need for the stay."
Crater Lake Aframe-GameRoom-Theater-Hot Tub-Views
10/10 Excellent
"This house was incredible. They thought of everything and it had all the conveniences you would need. The bonus was the game/theater room and all the fun games. Trevor and KaySea were wonderful. Extremely responsive and helpful. They gave us wonderful recommendations for things to do in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again."
The Chalet at Agency Lake
8/10 Good
"Great location, quiet neighborhood, and being walking distance to Agency Lake was amazing! We enjoyed the kayaks available by the host and loved this area. Bummer that the oven didn't work for us in the kitchen (we managed with the stovetop for cooking) but the hosts were responsive and quick to reply to concerns. It was such a treat to have rabbits sitting in the backyard in the morning and a bald eagle's nest nearby. Although I thought this was 5 stars, my family gave it 4 stars because of the cleanliness. The chalet has such great character and is a cool place to stay but could use a deep cleaning."
Cozy home on Cattle Ranch, close drive to Crater Lake National Park entrance.
10/10 Excellent
"Idyllic mountain and ranch views. Very close to Crater Lake and the northern end of Klamath. The house is just perfect. The kitchen and bathroom are perfectly stocked. The deck is the perfect place to eat and watch the birds."
Sleep Inn & Suites Chiloquin-Crater Lake Junction
10/10 Excellent
"The property was great! Very clean, nice breakfast, good access to water for our water bottles, and we enjoyed the hot tub and fitness center. Wish the staff could have accommodated a cheaper second room for us (when my first night with my snoring mom was a trial :)); it was a bit of a bummer to be told I needed to pay max rates when the hotel still had 15% capacity left and I’d already paid for another room… but that’s the way it goes during peak season, I guess! Otherwise, great stay."
