「Sheep and chickens were friendly. They set the vibe perfectly to slow down and just enjoy. We were able to make a decent dinner between the grill area and the surprisingly efficient kitchen. Best shower we encountered over our whole trip - 5 stops. Bed was very comfortable. The record player was a nice surprise. Luckily we had been collecting our own along the way of our trip but I highly recommend the Brothers Reed out of what is available in the cabin.」

「Stayed only one night but the property would be great for multiple nights. The Smokey the bear theme around the cabin and interior decor is fun and makes the place feel homey. The loft bed is comfy and not too soft. The Murphy bed mattress is foamy and squishy which would work if soft bed is a preference. The out door porch from the kitchen was great spot for breakfast in a nice weather morning. The place is suited for 2 travelers (if one likes firmer bed and one likes squishy bed) or a couple....

「This place exceeded expectations. Very clean, well maintained, and well built cabin with a loft and jacuzzi tub. The restaurant was closed, but the Hyatt was 8 minutes away, and was told by the helpful person there that the restaurant will open again soon. 「Beautiful property right on the river. The owner and family live on the property but lots of space that we barely saw another person. A definite plus that we could bring our dogs. Trails all around the property. The house was absolutely beautiful. Recently remodeled. Lots of wildlife on the property. Accessible river fishing on site. It was a nice quiet reset. Lots of great stargazing too.」
