サウスイースト カンザスのアパートスタイルホテル

「Staff was very friendly, and helpful.」

「Beds had a big dip in them… not comfortable. Need to replace mattress」

「Great stay! Excellent staff. Many suggestions on dining in the area. Additionally, my sister who has some medical problems was treated extremely well and they insured she had a handicap room. Breakfast was very good with several options. A special thanks to the young lady who greeted me at check-in.」

「The 2nd TV in the 'Suite' portion of our room did not work at all. There were large stains all over the carpet in our rooms - and even worse - visible on the side of the mattresses as the sheets were not tucked in all the way. The final breaking point was NO COFFEE in the morning. The coffee machine in the communal breakfast area was broken. The old-school percolator that they borrowed from the Holiday Inn across the parking lot also did not work. We will never stay again.」

「Delightful, friendly and efficient manager. Thanks.」

「The staff is very helpful」

「.」

「I can’t express how helpful, kind and attentive the staff was. Clean all around and the restaurant inside is delicious and won’t break your billfold.」

「Breakfast and staff」

「Roaches running around, broken/missing smoke detector, old furnishings and beds. No info given on free breakfast and no help given when tv remote didn’t work. Not staying here again.」

「Extremely clean hotel. Staff were exceptional! Lots of parking. Great location!」

「We always stay here when we are in the area. Pleasant staff.」
