"チェックイン時間前に到着したため、部屋の準備が整い次第、テキストメッセージで連絡すると案内を受けていました。 しかし、しばらく待っても連絡がなかったため、再度フロントカウンターで部屋の準備状況を確認したところ、すでに準備が完了しているとのことでした。 実際にはもっと早い段階で部屋の準備が整っていた可能性もあると思いますが、少なくとも「準備が整い次第連絡する」と案内されていたにもかかわらず、テキストメッセージでの連絡がなかったことについては、大変残念に感じました。 今後は、案内した内容に沿って適切に連絡していただけるよう、改善をお願いいたします。"
