「This is a great little apartment on the main floor. It’s about a block from the Pepin marina with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We have friends that have a place in town but the train keeps me up all night when I stay there. I didn’t even hear the train here👍. We will definitely stay again!!」

「The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending. The place was clean great for a weekend with friends. There was both a bar and coffee shop within a block or two. The large deck in autumn was great for early evening sitting. And, the hosts were very responsive to my questions.」

「The unit was large and very clean, the view of Lake Pepin and the "Point" was excellent. Brought back a lot of memories. If you are going to Lake City this is the place to stay.」

「Clean and modern. One thing I would like to comment on is the lighting in the Great Room, it is too harsh. It could use some dimmer controls on the light switches and some ambient lighting (lamps) in the living room area. Otherwise this place is great. Really enjoyed having a garage connected to our unit. 」

「Condo was clean. Parking was convenient. I had an issue with garage number 9 for 105 and code not the same as building and unit. but later found in under detail on the garage. There was a gas smell by the stove as previously noted by others. The towels were thick bath sheets and shampoo and conditioner were very nice. The bed is very squeeky like it may need a new frame. It was comfortable and the linens were nice. The furnace did have a rattle like the duct work needed to be cleaned. The views...

「Came to be with my old MK nursing roommate we graduated 1965 that’s 60 years this year. She was just diagnosed with inoperative cancer and is in hospice. I watched over her during the night and came back and rested in the condo so well during the day. My husband, Dr Arnie Jostock was from rural Lake City so I know the town well. I look forward to returning 」
