「We stayed for a few days for my daughters college graduation! It was very clean, accurate on line descriptions and photos! owner very friendly and quick to respond and communicate! Great location downtown Statesboro, convenient to any events in town for and short walk just downstairs to Bull&Barrell steakhouse which also was great food and service! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and also stay again!」

「The property is very close to Ft. Stewart, which made visiting my son's family very easy and convenient. The host was communicative and answered all messages in what seemed like minutes. She also wanted to know what could be done to make the property better, which isn't always the case with hosts we've had in the past. I would happily recommend this property if you are visiting the area.」

「We loved the outdoor kitchen and enjoying mornings and evenings on the back patio, either by or in the hot tub. The marsh sunrise from the bed was also a treat. We brought our own kayaks and kayaked quite a bit, and the birding was phenomenal, lots of wood storks and roseate spoonbills. 「I loved this property! Went to visit family for the weekend and this place was only 5 miles away. The beds were comfortable, probably one of the best nights sleep I’ve gotten ever away from home! Thank you so much for checking on us while we where there!」

「Overall pleased with the property. Good alternative to Statesboro hotels when you need more than one guest room. One item to be aware of is that residents within the property do not keep the atrium door locked (I locked it on multiple occasions to return to the door unlocked) - we did not have any issues but just know that the front door may be your only line of security.」

「My wife, our baby, and I enjoyed this property. The location is great! Can be loud occasionally at night, and it only has street parking that is payment required, but to be in the city in your own flat. It's great! Easy to walk around the city. Loved using the amenities to make food, wash clothes. We were able to relax when it's raining or we're tired. Very nice space as well, with exposed brick and quality furniture pieces. 」
