"Great location. Lots of chair on 1st floor for seating. Appreciated being able to bring dog. However, no hot water first day. This was a problem as we had planned to make meals during our stay for large family and needed to clean up. Water situation was finally resolved next day. If planning on using 3rd floor, note that steps are dangerous. 1st floor bathroom difficult for seniors to use. Whole house needs attention. Previous renters' linen was left on porch for duration. "

"We loved practically everything about this property! (Listing said there was a 3rd floor balcony which turned out to be untrue). The remodeled kitchen was a superb setting for our Thanksgiving feast. The landscaping upgrades were terrific. Beach access for kids and dog fit our needs to a tee. And Jimmy the property manager was so proud of his remodeling work, as he should be. Wonderful stay!"
