「We just spent Friday and Saturday nights at the Boston Marriot in Peabody MA to attend a Saturday evening wedding in Beverly. Our room was sufficiently clean and the king size bed was comfortable. We checked in Friday afternoon and were out for the evening. Upon returning we attempted to adjust the A/C and did not feel that it was cool enough but retired for the night. 「朝食会場のスタッフが、とても親切でした。外で食べるより割高ですが、料理の内容は良かったです。客室の清掃は、１５時前後にされるため、１５時前にホテルに戻ると、まだ清掃されていないことがありました。毎日、清潔できちんと清掃して頂いたので、特に問題に思うところはありませんでした。」

「7泊しましたが部屋の掃除とリネンサプライを毎日してもらえなかったのが残念です。部屋は広く、清潔で、静かでしたので、快適に過ごせました。近くのメトロの駅までシャトルバスサービスがあるとより良いと思います。検討してください。」

「The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The airport limousine service was convenient. Driver was thoughtful and attentive. However, the room cleaning and restocking were a bit disappointing. A light bulb had gone out and wasn’t replaced, and the bathroom tissue was empty and not refilled. I didn’t mind that housekeeping was provided every other day, but I would have liked the shower area to be cleaned more thoroughly.」
