Coastal Sol Villa is just 1.5 blocks from the sun-kissed South Padre Island seashore. Our vacation rental is a dreamy two-level retreat, a true paradise, featuring a sparkling, secluded pool that shimmers beneath the warm Texan sun. With three comfortably appointed bedrooms, it welcomes up to six guests into its soothing tropical embrace.
Step into the private backyard, a tropical oasis as beautiful as a postcard scene. Lush, verdant landscaping surrounds the glittering pool, where you can bask on inviting lounge chairs in the sun. Our shaded veranda, adorned with stylish patio furniture, invites you to unwind and savor the balmy coastal breezes. Your tropical island daydreams will come to life!
The upstairs primary bedroom is your very own beachy sanctuary, featuring a sumptuous king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. Our downstairs guest bedrooms exude charm and are perfectly suited for a small family or the little ones in your group. One room offers a cozy queen-size bed, while the other has a queen-size sofa sleeper. The downstairs bathroom has a shower and tub combo.
The vibrant Padre Boulevard is where you'll be when you're not sitting on the sun-soaked beach or swimming in the pool. Immerse yourself in authentic Tex-Mex flavors, unique shopping experiences, and the inspiring art trail. Just a short stroll away, you'll find Sommer Sculpt, where you can rejuvenate your spirit with a morning yoga session or a refreshing Pilates class. POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- Full access to this property requires the use of stairs.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.
- The pool heating fee is $100 for the first three days, and $25 for each additional day. 24 hour advance notice is required.
