"The room was clean and very large with two queen beds and plenty of space for suitcases. There is a shared kitchen in the lodge building that was small but functional We parked our car but noticed every other space was taken. Perhaps there was another area to park that we did not see. "

"The property has beautiful views and is not a terrible walk to town. Just a steeper hike uphill when you walk back to the hotel from town. The bed was the best I have slept on while in New Zealand! Very comfortable. "

"We stayed in two studio lakeview apartments. The first one (109) had great views, but kitchen facilities could do with an upgrade (had to ask for a plate and the frypan was poor quality). The second one (409) seemed larger and was better equipped. Enjoyed having a washer and dryer. Buffet breakfast in hotel was expensive for what it was - again could do with an upgrade. "
