"This hotel is in the perfect central location and in walking distance to so many great spots! The prices are fantastic-even our local friends had never heard of the hotel, but upon seeing the room views and hearing of the price, say they will from now on be recommending the River Hotel to their visiting family and friends! The hotel offers great views of the river, and next door is the London House with a great roof top for some drinks! The staff, Jock in particular, was the best. He absolutely went out of his way to make our stay the best it could possibly be. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to others and would definitely come back! "

"The hotel is very dated. Room had stale smell. Staff brought us extra sheets and fans to keep the room cooler. The staff what there is was helpful. No one really is around."

"The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The Krave Cafe area was such a treat. We felt so cared for with the face masks and light exercise equipment. We loved curling up in the window seat and enjoying the views over the river from above!"
