Customer service was great and the property was bright and shiny. You could tell that employees cared about the way the property looked and how they interacted with guests.

The Trump never disappoints, always friendly, clean, and top notch service. We stay several times a year, they make you feel right at home.

Ideal area if it’s your first time visiting Chicago. Hotel staff was very friendly.

The location is terrific. Enough away from the crowded city and the views were fabulous. The room was very nice. Housekeeping very good. The restaurant was good, but not enough variety and no everyday kind of selections. At night there was no place to buy any food except bags of chips...not so good. The lobby is rather cold and the walks to the different buildings can be long. I would definitely stay again for the view and location.
