"Heater did not work and the room was so dirty"

"We didn’t have breakfast or use the bar. The only recommendation I would like to see is new windows. The windows are old and not double glazed so it is very noisy at night. "

"We had a fantastic stay at novatel cardiff bay. Staff were friendly, hotel was clean, amenities were fab, and the breakfast amazing! We will definitely be staying again soon, and highly recommended."
