「The apartment itself was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable, with little to no outside noise to disrupt sleep. Reception isn’t open on weekends but there was great communication from staff giving me information of how to access anything I needed. It’s a walkable distance into the town centre, Castle and Cardiff Central station, therefore offering places nearby to get any food, shopping etc. 」

「We booked many months ago for 8 people. As we landed into wales we received a call saying the apartment was double booked. After much distress and negotiation we managed to get in the property. There were only 5 knives and forks, no utensils. Few glasses and not well equiped at all. Two beds had collapsed bases which couldn't be used, the sofa bed was single and in very poor condition.
