「DO NOT RENT this unit unless you like a moldy shower curtain (so easy to clean/replace) to the all-night brightest main bedroom that had the thinnest curtains, the loudest street noise, and the weakest fan with no AC. "とにかく安い。その1点にこのホテルのメリットはあります。しかし私がチェックインした時に、前の4組の内2組がエアコン（AC）が動かないとクレームを入れていました。（私の宿泊中にエアコン業者が来ていたようです。）幸い私の部屋はエアコンが効いており素晴らしい環境でした。悪い点は、いくつかあります。ドアの開閉時に大きな音が鳴るため、夜中でもうるさかったです。何度か自分の部屋の扉が開いたのではと緊張しました。それぐらいの音の大きさです。トイレが2回に1回は流れる水の量が少なかったです。また、クローゼットの扉も壊れていました。騒音に関しては、私の部屋が2階ということもありうるさかったです。ニューヨークの観光客向けの人力車が爆音で走っていることは厄介でした。しかし、それも値段を考えると不満はありません。タイムズスクエアか50メートルほどというのは立地として最高です。とても素晴らしかったです。"
