「Was an amazing place to stay during the Sonic Temple festival」

「My daughter and I travel a lot for her dance competitions and I usually just pick a hotel that is close to the venue. Although it was only for one night, Holiday Inn Express Columbus South was one of the better hotels we have stayed at. The room was clean. The hotel was quiet and we both got a good night's sleep. The staff at the desk was also very helpful. My daughter had forgotten scotch tape which she uses for her makeup(?) and they were quick to supply some for her to get ready. I...

「What I liked was upon checking in there was a situation with another guest and the employee did amazing at keeping his cool even when those other guests were using profanity at him he still was polite. This is the best hotel staff ever. Check in was easy signed a couple papers and that was it. Pat's off go to the gentleman at the check-in counter as he was able to maintain his composure while being yelled at by guest for something that was not even his fault. 「A lot of rusty items, like the lamp base. The bathroom floor was a little dirty. There were bottle caps behind the desk and bed. There were a pair of pants in the drawer, so obviously the housekeeping staff doesn’t check this. The breakfast was basically out of food 1/2 hour before breakfast ended.
