「When checking in, the person at the desk took a personal call and had me waiting, then proceeded to struggle to tell me what I actually owed and was speaking to me like I was stupid. He ended up doing a bunch of separate charges on my card, making it decline, which made the check in process more complicated. Our room also had roaches, and when I mentioned it to the front desk at check out, they said that they’d call pest control, and that was it. they didn’t offer anything to me for the honestly...

「This was a great stay! For adults, there's a casino and a restaurant that is adults only because you can only access it through the casino floor. We had kids with us so we couldn't take advantage of those things but they had fun at the pool and the room was 3 queen beds so we only had to book one room. Staff was lovely. Continental breakfast was great! The room was pristine!」

「Holes are in walls and doors very outdated rooms feels very unsafe people sleeping in hall ways at all hrs of the night dogs constantly barking would never stay had I known the actual conditions of the property glass on the ground all over the place don’t advise this unless this is your last choice and then you might be better sleeping in your car」
