「This was our first visit to CO, so first visit to Colorado Springs, too. This property proved to be a great launchpad for exploring the local area and also driving further out, with good access to the mountains. The host was communicative and helpful, onsite (floor above) too, so very accessible. Perhaps a little unusual (but clearly stated in the listing), the hosts live in the 2nd floor and part of the VRBO is a share access corridor which is used to move between to spaces on the ground...

「The hotel is well located. Check-in was a breeze! The Wifi was a bit slow, but it was manageable. The breakfast buffet is pretty good. Made-to-order eggs was a bonus! Great waffles. All the wait staff personnel were friendly and welcoming. The airconditioner in our room was a beast! Worked really well, switching effortless to heat or cool. Shower was good! Beds really comfortable. Plenty of outlets and USB ports. The hotel is located close to everything you might want--Walmart and other stores....

「The Motel 6 in Cañon City is a great Motel. They greeted me politely and professionally when I checked in. They gave me clear instructions on everything I needed to know. My room was very clean and well maintained. The a/c and heat worked quietly. The bed was comfortable. They were not trying to be a big, fancy Hotel by offering services that I didn’t need or want. They are within walking distance of several good restaurants, City Market, etc. They gave me just what I wanted at a very reasonable...
