"Enjoyed this condo very much, everything was clean and comfortable. Easy communication with the host. Kitchen was well stocked although we didn’t use it other than the coffee maker. They make check in and check out very easy. It was chill while we were there but beautiful views out the back of the condo overlooking a golf course. We would love to stay here again! "We enjoyed every moment of our stay at this beautiful beachfront property! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking ocean views and the peaceful sound of the waves. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need — from kitchen essentials to beach towels and beach bags. The location is amazing. The house is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood with access to an amazing private beach. There is easy access to nearby restaurants and shops and, we really enjoyed strolling the Main Street in town. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and check-out seamless. The restaurant recommendations were so helpful as we didn’t have to spend time figuring out where to eat.We can’t wait to come back — this place is a true gem and the perfect spot for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the beach life. Highly recommend!"

"clean and spacious. the home worked well for our needs. close to our wedding venue in a nice neighborhood. the pool area was nice but unfortunately we were too busy to enjoy it for a longer time. the only thing I had negative to say is that it was put as a 4 full bathroom and one 1/2 bath. There were only 3 full bathrooms with one 1/2 bath. It was like hide & seek as I looked for the fourth one. We were still happy with the home. It had everything we wanted."

"Loved our stay at this wonderful home in Falmouth! The house is beautiful, clean, well-equipped if you like to cook at home, and the pool is a great bonus! The bedrooms are huge and the beds are very comfortable. We’ve stayed at a number of places in Falmouth and Mashpee and this is a favorite for sure!"

"We had a very disappointing stay in an uncomfortably hot house with inadequate cooling of common rooms and unkempt outdoor spaces. The house was so hot we could not use any part of it except the single air-conditioned bedroom during several days of our stay, despite all windows being open. The outdoor spaces, including the outdoor shower, were covered with leaves, branches and other debris and the shrubbery along the entrance pathway was so overgrown that one had to push branches away to enter the house. The host was not responsive to these concerns. However, the house was beautifully furnished, we appreciated the linens and cookware, and the Wifi worked well."
