サウス ベサニー ホテル

「Everything starting with checking in and out was excellent.」

「We had an oceanfront room. The room was clean and we liked that it had hardwood floors and a nice view. However, we were disappointed with our stay here. The pictures and amenities list for this hotel said there was a sauna, there isn’t. We were really looking forward to that amenity. Our shower had extremely weak water pressure (trickling) and a high pitched noise. Our room had an adjoining door to it. 「The entire property is very well kept and clean. Our room was huge. The pool was perfect and breakfast was delicious. From the front desk to our server, service was amazing.」

「The hot tubs in room need some serious bleach! They are stained and green stains around the water spouts. Mid day restaurant not recommended, burger was very rare. 🤢」

I felt that the staff was malicious in assigning me this room, even though...

「We loved our room with the ocean view . The room was very clean and updated. The lobby was clean and also updated」

「The staff was exceptional. Always friendly, helpful and always greeting you. The breakfast was wonderful as well. The cleanliness was mid. Elevators had food/trash on the floor. Hallway rugs were stained. Our room reeked of perfume as if trying to mask a smell. And extra sheets/blankets provided smelled musty. But other than that, excellent stay for one night for us.」
