「Been there multiple times over recent years and we always enjoy our stay. A couple things we didn't care for this visit 1) Continuous calls from the Concierge desk. Letting us know at check in about specials and discounts is enough, i don't want notes left on our hotel door, calls, etc. 2) More pool chairs need to be set out during peak season. If every single chair is taken each morning by 9am thats annoying for guests. 」
「The room was very spacious and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The Tiki Bar was really fun. Great entertainment with the exception of the band on Tuesday night. We were amazed they made the cut compared to all the other talented bands. Beach was beautiful. Very nice place 」
「Really nice mid range hotel, very convenient location in the middle of the Island, we had two queen size beds, a kitchenette and a bathroom. Breakfast is included, clean place, again, the room is was really nice. I would for sure stay there again!」
「We were skeptical at first due to the star rating, but we were only coming to Hilton Head for one night for a 5K. We ended up being pleasantly surprised.
The staff were very polite and professional. The room was nice and clean. We had a very restful night, mattress was quite comfortable surprisingly. And the welcome bag of complimentary water and cookies were a very nice touch! Would absolutely stay here again. 」
「The hotel itself is old, so I can't say that the room was clean, but it was clean enough to show that it was well-maintained. The front staff greeted me with a smile when I checked out, and it was a pleasant start to my day.」
