"Cottage was cute. Great having bikes. The deck could use a power wash and some sprucing. The mini split worked but didn't swivel up and down or side to side. "

"What a lovely place to enjoy Sonoma and surrounding areas! This home is just like photos. We had everything we needed (ie kitchen supplies, towels, etc), and clean. We did not use the hot tub but the pool guy came the morning after we checked in and made sure it had clean water, correct chemicals, etc. The chickens are adorable! We got a few eggs for breakfasts. Overall it was a great choice to spend a few days with friends! "

"I really liked the property. It was clean and spacious. I didn’t realize it doesn’t have a washer or dryer which I was worried about since I had wet clothes from the hot tub. However, everything was centrally located and I liked it."

"Place us definitely beat up. It definitely has a rustic charm to it. Not much privacy for the bedrooms, but for us that worked out great. In a bit of an odd spot, but centrally located which allowed us to be pretty much anywhere in Sonoma in 15 minutes. Host was very friendly and responsive. Place just needs a little love."
