"Had a brilliant time with my family. Stayed over Christmas, enjoyed all the facilities of our accommodation including the hot tub. Loved the log fire and we had a lovely Christmas tree already set up which made it so homely. Will certainly go again"

"We had an amazing few days for our Christmas celebrations. The house had everything we needed and more. The beds are super comfortable & there were plenty of seats for everyone. The layout and situation of the house is so wonderful & peaceful. The bbq was a great addition for our cooked breakfasts. It was idyllic. We would love to go back."

"We had a wonderful stay in this delightful cottage overlooking the lake, with passing wildlife, plenty of sunshine, and beautiful views. Both balcony bedrooms shared the same outlook, making the mornings especially memorable.
The house is very comfortable for up to 7 guests, with a large open-plan living area featuring a balcony, log fire, TV, big kitchen table, and a well-equipped kitchen. There was ample seating throughout, though the sofas didn’t quite accommodate all 7 at once.

"We really enjoyed our stay at Milly Cottage. It was perfect for our family. A newly decorated property, with a very well stocked kitchen and loads of cupboard space throughout the house. A very comfortable and well laid out living space. Milly Cottage is located on the most impressive of the lakes at the Lower Mill Estate. We loved waking up in the morning with the view of the lake. Our grandchildren also enjoyed making friends with the ducks.
We had a nice meal at the Balihoo restaurant...
