「All the staff were so friendly and helpful they really helped to make our stay. The chef came around in the mornings to check that we were enjoying the food and both the buffet and the speciality restaurants were really good. 「The first room we checked into was dirty and we had to change rooms. The second room was ok but we found that the heater didn’t work. We reported it, a maintenance man came up but it was never fixed. The property is nice once you get beyond the gates (that looked like you were entering a war zone). The staff was friendly but our experience was just ok.」
