"Room was very clean. However, the sign for the Disabled parking place had been knocked down and was laying on the grass in front of the space. Also, guests were allowed to sit on the benches in the covered entryway by the front door and SMOKE. This is totally unacceptable in a "Smoke Free" facility. Designate a smoking area at the edge of the property so guests aren't forced to go through a cloud of smoke to enter or exit using the front door!!"

"This hotel is pretty dated and doesn't seem to be maintained too well. They only have one ice machine, and it was broken. Elevator door would keep opening and closing on its own after getting in and selecting a floor. Continental breakfast was adequate, not much of a selection. The price was good, cheaper than a lot of hotels in the Canal Park area."

"The breakfast was great. The room was very nice. My only issue is that I am 6’3”. That’s tall but not unusually so. The shower head only came up to my chin, so I had to bend weirdly backwards to wash my hair!"

"first off the pictures aren’t anything like the actual place. the hallways are creepy and old and the rooms are not well maintained. the pool and hot tub don’t even smell like they have chlorine in them and there was spiders by the hot tub. we checked in around 5 pm and left at about 8 pm cause we just couldn’t stand to sleep there and we aren’t even picky but it was pretty bad. there was dogs barking the whole time and didn’t feel safe with all the weirdos there. just spend more money on a nicer hotel cause this one isn’t it haha."
